Freyssinet India Hosts Leadership Team from HQ France: Strengthening Global-Local Synergies! Freyssinet India recently had the honour of welcoming Mr. Jean-Philippe RICARD, Group CEO; Mr. Pascal Mercier, Director Asia Zone; and Mr. Pascal Thillerot, Group CFO, to our corporate office in Bangalore.
This visit marked a significant moment for Freyssinet India, as it provided a platform to proudly showcase our achievements, demonstrate the strides we’ve made, and engage in insightful strategic discussions with our esteemed global leadership.
The open exchange of ideas and strategic discussions set the tone for an exciting future as we explored avenues for support while impressing our esteemed guests with the advancements at our work sites.
A highlight of the visit was their tour of the MAHSR (Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail) project, where Freyssinet India plays a critical role in advancing this iconic infrastructure initiative. Our journey began with the contract award for executing post-tensioning works of 29,569 MT in packages C4 and C5.
Our scope of work includes the supply and installation of post-tensioning works for PSC Box Girder (FSG type) for C4 while for C5 it covers supply and technical supervision of post-tensioning works for PSC Box Girder (SBS type).
At C1 & C2 we have executed design, supply and installation of temporary/ retractable ground anchors and rock bolts pertaining to construction of underground station. C1 work includes 4850(700MT) retractable anchors & 6000 Rock Bolts along with strengthening the basement with active & passive anchors. Whereas C2 work includes 200 retractable anchors & 250 rock bolts.
Recognizing our performance and witnessing firsthand the high standards of safety, and operational excellence maintained at the site the main contractor has entrusted us with an additional 4,000 MT scope of work in the C4 package—a testament to the team’s dedication and expertise.
Adding a heartwarming touch to the visit was their active participation in community engagement activities at local schools. This memorable experience emphasized our shared values of social responsibility and impact beyond business.
This momentous occasion has further solidified the bond between Freyssinet India and the global leadership, fostering inspiration, innovation, and a collective drive to achieve greater milestones together.
