Scope of Work
- Prestressing C-Range Anchorage system
- Supply and installation of Horizontal and Vertical sheathing, strand threading, stressing and grouting.
HEML has set up 02 each Cryogenic Ethylene and Propylene Storage Tank at Bhatinda, Punjab using Freyssinet Prestressing C-Range Anchorage system.
Maximum length of Horizontal tendon was 80.00m and maximum length of vertical tendon was 20.70m. 19C15 system was applied in horizontal tendons whereas 12C15 system was applied in vertical tendons. Strand specification 15.7mm (EN 10138 tensile strength 1860 M pa). Total tonnage of the strands is 295 Ton.
